Request for Proposal (RFB) – Cabinets & Workstations

The Hopkinton Fire District is seeking competitive bids from qualified vendors for the design, supply, and installation of cabinets and workstations for The New Fire Station Project. The goal is to achieve a high-quality, durable, and aesthetically pleasing cabinetry solution that meets both functional and design requirements. – This is a DASNY Grant Funded Project; Prevailing wage requirements apply under NYS Labor Law.

Scope of Work

• Supply and install all cabinets, countertops, hardware, accessories, and work surfaces as per approved design (supplied upon request).

• Deliver cabinets, ensuring proper alignment, secure fitting, and finish quality.

• Coordinate with other trades as needed (e.g., general contractor, electricians, plumbers).
• Shall be ready for install Mid-November 2023 to Early December 2026; Final delivery time shall be coordinated with Site Foreman.  Specifications or inquiries can be available by contacting Steve Parker at sparker1740@hfjfd.com .

• Bid Opening will be during the Fire District Monthly Meeting on October 13^th; meeting starting at 7:00pm.

Proposals will be evaluated based on cost, quality of materials, warranty, vendor service availability and vendor experience/ reputation.   The Hopkinton Fire District  reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids.
